His journey in the world of Salesforce began seven years ago, specializing in Sales and Service Cloud implementations. Saurabh thrives on collaborating with customers, technical architects, and business analysts to gather requirements and define solution designs. His hands-on approach to designing and developing prototypes has enabled him to create robust solutions tailored to the unique needs of various organizations.

Over the past five years, Saurabh has dedicated himself to training fresh college graduates and cross-training experienced professionals in Salesforce. As a freelance corporate trainer, he has refined his ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner. His training sessions cover a comprehensive range of topics, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, configuration, automation, analytics, Salesforce security model, APEX, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Component Development (LWC & Aura). His goal is to equip learners with the practical skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers.

Beyond Salesforce, Saurabh’s expertise extends to open-source technologies such as Java and PHP, web design, and developing business applications with rich user interfaces. He has had the privilege of leading technical teams, developing prototypes, and working on RFPs and solutioning for various businesses. His background also includes significant experience in web development and design, providing technical consultancy, and working on offshore development projects.
