As a SDN Engineer at _VOIS, I work with global enterprise customers to resolve their network issues and ensure their satisfaction. I use my skills in IP networking, VPN, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution to diagnose and fix complex problems, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and escalate cases when needed.

I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Misr University for Science and Technology, where I learned the fundamentals of network design, implementation, and optimization. I also hold IELTS  English Academic certificate, as well as technical network certfications as CCNA, and Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), which demonstrate my proficiency in technical English and network technologies. 

 

I have a demonstrated ability to explain and discuss technical concepts as I was involved in multiple upskilling programs during my time working for international service providers such as Orange Bussiness and _VOIS.
